Keith Parker

Keith started IT SystemWorks. As a former small business owner, Keith really understands the problems you face. He ran his own cabinet shop for twelve years. His love of technology drove him to create his own accounting system and his own project management program.
Finally, he decided to close his cabinet shop and pursue his passion for technology, taking a job with Computers for Marketing Corporation (CfMC) as their Systems Administrator. He moved to Maguire and Maguire, a major non-profit corporation, as their IT Administrator and in-house Software Developer. Then, he decided to start IT SystemWorks in 2001 to aid homeowners and other small business owners with their IT needs.

Keith is a member of the FileMaker Solutions Alliance (FSA) and constantly pursues further education. He is conversant in:
- Windows and Macintosh networking
- Installation and configuration of network servers, mail servers, and work stations
- All manner of mobile technologies including Palm OS and Windows Mobile OS's
- Exchange Server
- Wireless networks
- Microsoft Office software,including installation, configuration, and use
- Printer set-up and configuration
