Neicole has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, including thirteen at Microsoft Corporation. She worked on the Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office teams, doing everything from writing online help to conducting usability tests. Prior to Microsoft, Neicole worked primarily for small businesses, wearing many hats, and is familiar with the challenges of working in a small business environment.
